Cosmic Strip is a project self-described as ‘music to watch girls by, music to move the stars’. Last year saw the band release three singles – ‘Love Heroine’ (“bold and brilliant guitars driven banger” Wonderland) followed by ‘Goodbye’ (“Crunching indie rock with some heavy psych vibes…” Clash Magazine – which also had radio play from BBC Radio Oxford, Soho Radio and Radio X) and also ‘Echo Chamber’(“an out-of-this-world psychedelic sound, juxtaposed with indie rock riffs and vintage vocals” F Word Magazine). Furthermore, they collaborated with singer-songwriter Tess Parks to release their first music video for ‘Goodbye’ and renowned music photographer Charlotte Patmore for their latest music video ‘Echo Chamber’. Cosmic Strip also played an abundance of music festivals such as The Great Escape, Citadel, Wilderness and Hackney Wonderland alongside two UK tours introducing a nostalgic sound shrouded with celestial mystery. Prepare for Cosmic Strip to have an out-of-this-world 2018 as they release their first ever EP in conjunction with a string of UK festivals and an even bigger UK tour.
