HOW DOES THE PAYMENT PLAN WORK FOR KENDAL CALLING?

In order to help with the cost of weekend tickets, all festival tickets are available on a payment plan.

  • This spreads the cost of your tickets over a number of months, you can choose the amount of months when you check out.
  • Once you’ve signed up to this an automatic payment is taken by See Tickets each month.
  • Booking fees are charged with the first payment.
  • Please note that the Face Value price of the tickets listed is only the initial payment and not the total amount you will be paying.
  • After you have selected your tickets you will have to agree to certain terms relating to Kendal Calling.
  • Please note: if you miss a payment due to a lost card or lack of funds SeeTickets will contact you weekly via email. You are then given 20 days to pay it off by entering card details. A deadline date for the payment will be stated clearly within this email after which time your tickets will be cancelled.

Before purchasing, the payment plan clearly displays the deposit amount and subsequent payment amounts and dates they will be taken.

WHEN ARE MY PAYMENTS DUE FOR MY INSTALMENTS?

Automatic payment will be taken each month. If you miss a payment on your instalment plan, due to insufficient funds or an invalid card you will be notified via email. You are then given 20 days to pay it off by entering card details. A deadline date for the payment will be stated clearly within this email.

CAN I CHANGE THE CARD DETAILS ON MY INSTALMENT PLAN?

The payment card used to pay an instalment cannot be changed, however should the original payment card fail to charge, the SeeTickets team will be in touch for new card details. This new card will then be stored for further payments until the ticket / package has been paid in full.

I HAVE MISSED AN INSTALMENT, CAN I STILL PAY FOR IT?

If you miss a payment on your instalment plan, due to insufficient funds or an invalid card you will be notified via email. You are then given 20 days to pay it off by entering card details. A deadline date for the payment will be stated clearly within this email after which time your tickets will be cancelled.

I HAVE A MONTHLY INSTALMENT TICKET CAN I PAY THE REST OF THE PAYMENTS OFF IN FULL?

Unfortunately this is not possible, the payments will be taken each month as scheduled.
