Weekend tickets are valid Friday to Sunday. If looking to access anywhere on the festival site (including campsites or live-in vehicle fields!) on Thursday, you will need an additional Thursday ticket. Any upgraded camping, live-in vehicle passes or parking passes are also valid for Thursday when used in conjunction with a Thursday ticket.
When are tickets sent out?
All tickets are e-tickets apart from parking and live-in vehicles, which are sent out in the post. E-tickets will be sent out via email a week or two before the show. If you have any issues relating to e-tickets, please contact SeeTickets through their customer service portal.
When will i recieve my parking / live-in vehicle hanger?
Parking and Live-in Vehicle tickets will be sent out from the beginning of July. This process takes a few weeks to complete so please be patient while SeeTickets distribute them all.

WEEKEND TICKETS
Weekend tickets are required to access anywhere on the festival site and are broken down into the following age categories:
- Adult 16+ Weekend
- Teen 11 – 15 years weekend
- Child 6 – 10 years weekend
- Infant 5 and under weekend
All festivalgoers must have 1 of the above tickets to enter the festival site. Weekend tickets are valid from Friday 1st August 2025.
Adult weekend tickets are for anyone aged 16 and older.
All weekend tickets includes access to our standard camping; – Great Holmes/24 Hour Party People, The Shire, Haye Parks, Saddleback View / Family Campsite & Quiet Camping.
Weekend tickets don’t include Thursday entry, you would need a Thursday entry ticket alongside your weekend ticket to access anywhere on the festival site, including the campsites, on Thursday.
Children should be within the age category at the time of the festival not at the time of purchase.
- Anyone 16 or over is welcome to attend the festival without an adult. You will need to provide proof of age on entry upon request.
- Ages 11 – 15 Must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (21+). Each parent can accompany up to two children. Please remember to bring a valid from of ID.
- Anyone aged 10 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (21+)
There are a limited amount of tickets for children up to and including the age of 5 to attend but their parent or guardian must obtain a ticket for them and accompany them at ALL times.
NOTE: By purchasing an infant ticket you are confirming that you are either the parent or legal guardian.

Thursday ticket FAQ’s
Thursday tickets are only valid in conjunction with a weekend ticket.
The campsite is open a day early for all you keen festival goers.
The music will begin from 17:00 on Thursday.
The Thursday ticket upgrades any additional tickets you have bought to be available a day early e.g. car parking, boutique camping, Tangerine Fields, etc.
EMPEROR’S FIELDS
Emperors Field is one of our upgraded campsites, it requires an additional ticket and it includes perks such as free hot showers, a complimentary parking pass and it’s own arena entrance. Emperor’s Fields is split into three sections which can be chosen on arrival; Late Night Owls, Early Risers and Family Fun. Please note, no access will be granted to Emperors Fields without an Emperors Field ticket/wristband. This means if you have friends in general camping, you may go visit their camp however they will not be able to join you in Emperors Field. This is to ensure the facilities here are kept for the use of those with Emperors Field tickets.
Emperors Field is broken down into the following ticket types:

- Child 6 – 10 Emperor’s Fields
- Infant 5 and Under Emperor’s Fields*

Emperors Field is located a few mins walk to the arena, the shortest of all our campsites.
There are no live-in vehicles permitted in Emperors Field.
Complimentary parking passes are added to your basket automatically when purchasing Emperor’s Field tickets. You are granted one free parking pass per booking. You will need to book an additional parking pass for any additional cars.
You will only be able to park in the Emperor’s Field Car Park if in possession of an Adult Emperor’s Field ticket – no exceptions!
If you have a Thursday entry ticket in conjunction with your full weekend ticket, this allows you to arrive from Thursday.
The showers in Emperors Field can get busy in the mornings, if you do not wish to queue for the showers, we’d recommend using them at night when they are much quieter.
Please note that Emperors Field Tickets do NOT include entry into the festival. Each person will also need to be in possession of a Full Weekend Festival Ticket.

What is Emperors Field?
Emperors Field is an upgraded campsite we offer, you still bring your own tent however the field is located right next to the arena and much closer to its own dedicated car park, meaning there is less hassle when getting yourself set up for the festival.
What do I need to camp in Emperors Field?
As Emperors Field is an upgraded camp, you must have a weekend ticket and an Emperors Field ticket. These must be used in conjunction with each other and must be for your correct age at the time of the festival. What is included in Emperors Field?
Emperors Field has access to free hot showers, its own dedicated arena entrance, extra camping space and a complimentary parking pass. Toilets and a water point are included in all campsites along with a trader offering breakfast and coffee. Bliss.
I need an additional parking pass. What can I do?
Emperors Field has it’s own car park, separate to the general car park. Complimentary parking passes are added to your basket automatically when purchasing Emperor’s Field tickets. You are granted one free parking pass per booking. Any additional cars will need additional parking passes, available for purchase from our ticketing page under the ‘Emperors Field’ drop down on the ‘Accomodation’ tab.
Can I bring chairs/gazebos?
Chairs are very welcome in the campsites. Please don’t bring gazebos, They take up valuable tent space in the campsites.
GREAT PLAINS
Great Plains is one of our upgraded campsites and includes access to free hot showers, a complimentary parking pass and it’s own arena entrance. Great Plains is located close to the arena, only a short five minute walk from gate-to-gate. Please note, no access to Great Plains will be granted to those without a Great Plains ticket/wristband, this does mean that if you have friends in general camping, you may go visit their camp but they won’t be able to join you in Great Plains. This is to ensure the facilities are kept for the use of those with Great Plains tickets.

You are granted one free parking pass per booking. Any additional cars will need additional parking passes, available for purchase from our website under the ‘Great Plains’ drop down on the ‘Accomodation’ tab.
Can I bring chairs/gazebos?

Can I buy food / drink from the co-op and bring it back to the camp?
Yes, you may bring food and drink back to the campsite from the Co-op, with the exception of alcohol. This is due to having to pass through the arena en-route. In order to go through the arena with your shopping, you must keep a hold of your receipt to show at the arena gate.
CAR PARK TICKETS
One pass required per vehicle. This is valid for parking over the weekend, if you have a Thursday ticket this will also be available from the Thursday. Cheaper if purchased in advance. You will be sent a car park hanger in advance which acts as your ticket and will allow you to be processed faster onsite. This must be displayed in your mirror as you enter the site.
Please ensure you have the correct car parking ticket. General Camping require a standard General Parking ticket while Deer Lodge, Emperors Fields, Tangerine Fields and Great Plains have their own car parks located on the other half of the festival site and will require a different car parking ticket.
LIVE-IN VEHICLES
Bring along your home from home! Our live-in vehicle field has only gotten more popular as the British staycation is increasingly in demand. All campervans, caravans, converted vehicles or trailer tents require a live-in vehicle pass. Unsuitable vehicles, such as unconverted vans & cars will not be allowed entry to the live-in vehicle site. Only cars towing caravans will be permitted entry. These vehicles will be redirected to the festival carpark where sleeping in vehicles is prohibited as it is contrary to our license. Suitable vehicles are those that have living accommodation with fitted sleeping facilities and either fitted cooking or washing facilities.
One ticket is required per vehicle, not per person and must be used in conjunction with a valid weekend ticket. With your live-in vehicle ticket, you are allocated a pitch on a first come first served basis, these pitches are 7m x 5m maximum. All vehicles and cars must fit within this area. If your live-in vehicle is larger than 7m x 5m, you must purchase two live in vehicle passes. If you’re wanting to pitch near friends, we’d recommend arriving in convoy as we cannot save pitches next to each other.
The live-in vehicle field is located adjacent to the general campsites and is roughly 10-15 mins walk from the arena depending on ground conditions and mobility.
The live-in vehicle field has toilets, a water point and a chemical disposal point.
If you have friends in general camping, they may visit you in the live-in vehicle field and vice versa.

My live-in vehicle is bigger than the pitch size. What should I do?

Yes, one awning or tent is allowed per vehicle as long as they fit within your pitch size.
Are cars allowed in the Live in Vehicle Field?

We have friends who are joining us in our live-in vehicle but are travelling separately. Is this ok?
Yes, this is fine, they will however need to park up in the general car park and walk through to the live-in vehicle field to join you. We’d recommend where possible, taking their items in the live-in vehicle to reduce the effort carrying bags up to the live-in vehicle field.

THE FRONTIER – live-in vehicles
A quieter home for more live-in vehicles. Located off-site, enjoy a serene and secluded experience with stunning views to match! Our Frontier campsite for live-in vehicles is located in front of Lowther Castle. The pitch space is 7 metres x 5 metres with toilets, water point and chemical disposal point. All campervans, caravans, converted vehicles or trailer tents require a live-in vehicle pass. Unsuitable vehicles, such as unconverted vans & cars will not be allowed entry to the live-in vehicle site. Only cars towing caravans will be permitted entry. These vehicles will be redirected to the festival carpark where sleeping in vehicles is prohibited as it is contrary to our license.
It is a 5-10 minute walk from The Frontier to the entrance of the original Live-in Vehicles field, which is itself 10-15 minutes walk from the arena, depending on ground conditions and mobility. To assist we will be laying on a land train to shorten the route, running back and forth between The Frontier and the Live-in Vehicle field. Timings for this will be confirmed closer to the festival.

DEER LODGE BOUTIQUE CAMPING
Indulge yourself at Kendal Calling this year with a luxury stay in The Deer Lodge. We will have a range of accommodation structures available to book to accommodate 2, 4, 6 and 8 people!
Facilities within each of the accommodation vary, so please check out Deer Lodge page for specifics on each individual accommodation option.
Included with your tickets and as part of the camping field is a complimentary parking pass, compost loos, free hot showers, access to a dedicated food outlet, bar and free phone charging in the reception tent.
You only need one Deer Lodge ticket for your party. I.E. one 4-person bell tent for 4 weekend ticket holders. Please note, that the prices of Deer Lodge do not include weekend tickets, they are strictly for the boutique accommodation and must be used in conjunction with weekend tickets.

What is Deer Lodge?
Deer Lodge is our luxury boutique campsite offering those extra touches to make for an unforgettable weekend! We understand not everyone likes to ‘rough it’ in a field for the weekend so we have a variety of boutique accommodation for all budgets available. From the standard bell tents through to the sheer luxury of a full-scale Indian Shikar.
What do I need to camp in Deer Lodge?
As Deer Lodge is a boutique accommodation booking, you must have a weekend ticket and a Deer Lodge booking. These must be used in conjunction with each other. Each member of your party must have a weekend ticket, while only one Deer Lodge booking is necessary for your party. For instance, if you wish to book a 4 man bell tent, you will need four weekend tickets and one 4 berth bell tent booking.
What is included in Deer Lodge?
Deer Lodge is a boutique campsite and the facilities do range depending on what accommodation you book however the camping field itself is home to compost loo’s, free hot showers, a dedicated food trader, free phone charging in the reception tent and access to an exclusive bar as well as a complimentary parking pass.
I am coming in a car. Which parking pass do I need?
Deer Lodge has its own car park and as such requires Deer Lodge parking passes. As part of your booking, you are granted one free Deer Lodge parking pass. If you require more parking passes, you will need to purchase additional parking passes. Please book your additional parking pass from our ticketing page.
Can I bring chairs/gazebos?

Does the price of accomodation include tickets to the festival?
No. You will need weekend tickets alongside your accommodation booking.
My friends are also staying in Deer Lodge, can we be pitched together?

I DON’T HAVE A DEER LODGE BOOKING, Can I VISIT MY FRIENDS STAYING IN DEER LODGE?
Only those with a Deer Lodge or Tangerine Fields booking are allowed inside of the Deer Lodge campsite, however those with Deer Lodge wristbands can enter General Camping to visit friends.
Can I buy food / drink from the co-op and bring it back to the camp?

My friends and I are arriving at different times – what’s the best way to ensure smooth entry?
Deer Lodge tickets come as one e-ticket per booking. It is always best if your group arrives together however if this isn’t the case – whoever is arriving second, please fill out the form here and this will inform our gate managers that your group is arriving at separate times. Then, when you arrive, you just need to flag that your friends have already arrived and you have filled out the Separate Arrivals form and they will be able to get you wristbanded.
Is deer lodge suitable for those with accessibility requirements?
If you have accessibility requirements, we would recommend staying in our ‘Campsite with Accessible Facilities’. While Deer Lodge offers a touch of luxury, it is located a 5-10 minute walk from the arena including an incline which may not be well suited to all festivalgoers. We do offer a limited amount of luxury camping within our ‘Campsite with Accessible Facilities’ which can be purchased from the ‘Accommodation’ tab on our ticketing page. SOAP OPERA & POSH PRIVY
Soap Opera is our hot showers, real flushing toilets and pamper station, available to those in general camping, located in the Village Green. This is open from 12PM Thursday and 7AM Friday, Saturday & Sunday. The showers are open until 9PM with toilets open until 11PM. Please note, the facilities are not open on Monday morning.
Posh Privy is located in the arena and is our flushing toilets open during arena opening times.
Please note, you do not need a Soap Opera pass if you are in Deer Lodge, Emperors Field and Great Plains. These campsites have hot showers already and the Soap Opera would be a fair walk from those campsites.
PAYMENT PLAN TICKETS
In order to help with the cost of weekend tickets, our festival tickets are available on a payment plan.
- This spreads the cost of your tickets over a number of months, you have the choice of how many months you would like to pay them off over.
- Once you’ve signed up to this an automatic payment is taken by SeeTickets each month on the first Sunday.
- Booking fees are charged with the first payment.
- Please note that the Face Value price of the tickets listed is only the initial payment and not the total amount you will be paying.
- After you have selected your tickets you will have to agree to certain terms relating to Kendal Calling.
- Please note: if you miss a payment due to a lost card or lack of funds SeeTickets will contact you weekly via email. If the card details aren’t corrected within 20 days, your tickets will default with no refunds given.
- If you are booked on a payment plan, please ensure to check that the money is leaving your account each month – if for some reason it doesn’t – please reach out to SeeTickets to check the status of your booking.
EXCHANGING/selling TICKETS
- We have partnered with Tixel to provide safe fan-to-fan resale for Kendal Calling 2025.
- If you wish to give your ticket to your friends or family, then you can do without changing the name on the ticket.
- All tickets are non-transferable except by authorised agents.
- Please do not list tickets on eBay or secondary websites such as ViaGoGo.
RESIDENTS TICKETS
Residents will receive a letter later on in the year for details on how to book residents tickets.
